» Prices

For purchases made from people not owning a VAT Identification Number, who are residents either in Italy or in the European Union, the VAT of 22% will be applied to the original price.

For purchases made from people owning a VAT Identification Number, who are residents in the European Union with exclusion of Italy, the VAT will not be applied, as these operations are not considered taxable operations following the article 41 of Legislative Decree 331/93.

For purchases made from people not resident in Italy nor in the European Union, the VAT will not be applied, as these operations are not considered taxable operations following the article 8 of Presidential Decree 633/72.

» Taxes and customs duties (only for deliveries outside the European Community )

Deliveries outside the European Union can be liable of taxes and Customs Duties as they arrive in the destination country; it’s not possible to calculate them before the arrive at destination, as they vary according to the different countries.

Please contact your local Custom Authority for further information.

This amount is chargeable only on the receiver, and they may eventually be cashed from the courier at the delivery.

For every purchase the Company will always issue an INVOICE using the data provided by the customer in the order form; you will find the invoice in the same package of the item.

» Right of withdrawal

The sales of items through Internet are controlled by the Law Legislative Decree n°185 of the 22th May 1999, that rules the information about these types of purchases.
This norm lays down the right to withdrawal, so the possibility for a consumer to return the item and to obtain a refund.
This right is reserved to the consumers, and it can not be exercised by a legal person and by individuals who act with purposes that are related to their professional activities.
The costumer has the right to return an item, without any penalty, within 5 business days from the reception.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must send a registered letter with a form of aknowledgement of receipt to Virtus Watches at Zannetti Riccardo Srl – Via di Monte d’Oro 22 Roma – – Italia – with the communication of withdrawal, providing a description and the quantity of the items that you want to return.

The costs of the shipment for the returned items are totally at the expense of the customer.

We will refuse any items returned, if the customer has not already payed the return costs.

The right of withdrawal totally decays if the returned item is not complete of the following:

• lack of original packaging;
• lack of important parts of the item (accessories);
• damage of the item due to other causes then the transport;
• tampered item.

If is evaluated the item integrity, we will refund the amount paid as soon as possible; the refund will be made through Wire Bank transfer within 30 days from the receipt of the withdrawal communication.

For a Credit Card payment, our bank is Banca Sella, that permits to our customers to buy in complete security. The user who wants to pay by Credit Card is guided in the payment page for the introduction of the reserved data.
